Final Reflection:
One area of school that I think I improved on was processing photos on Photoshop. One area I want to grow on is hopefully cook. I feel like I didn’t Capitalized on my time this semester. Some things i did to contribute was i helped my partners take their pictures. I feel like i worked well with my peers and my teachers. This semester’s work doesn’t compare to my last year work. I am looking forward to learn how to make a film.

What I see in this picture is the ball hitting the wall with a lot of force that it flattens out and ready to bounce back. The ball is a very bright green. Also it is fuzzy. This photo was taken from a video and in this moment we can see that gravity pulls the ball towards the wall and slowing down the ball. The amount of force that the ball hits the wall puts the same amount of force back onto the ball causing it to bounce back. This happens because it is made of an elastic material like rubber which can be stretched and crushed and it’ll return the to it’s normal shape.

Science:
In this picture I see a bright yellow star. This star is the brightest compared to the rest of them. Also this star’s light has travel so far just so it can reach us. Stars are luminous sphere of plasma held together by its own gravity. A star shines because of the hydrogen and helium fusion in its core. Stars are created in nebula's/interstellar clouds. In these clouds there is gases that create stars.
Humanities:
Ancient peoples first looked up thousands of years ago, and the stars were there, pinpoints of light that seemed to slowly rotate around the earth. The first astronomers also noticed the planets, the moon and the sun, and their motions across the night sky. Astronomers then started measuring changes in the luminosity of stars, and even the proper motion of nearby stars.

How rocks are made:
The whole earth is made of rocks & minerals. Inside the earth there is a liquid core of molten rock and on the outside there is a hard crust. If you compare the earth to an egg, the shell on an egg is like the crust on the earth. The crust is made up of rocks and minerals. Much of the crust is covered by water, sand, soil and ice. If you dig deep enough, you will always hit rocks. All the rocks are made by heat and pressure. The more or less heat will affect the type of rock it is going to be formed.

Podcast assignment:
The name of this podcast is Young Hustler: The who, what & why of investing. I chose this podcast because i want to learn how and know about investing. This podcast was about how to invest and what to invest on and what to do with money. I learned that if i invest i need to expand money make more money and not spend the money, “i'm gonna get rich for sure not quick.” Listening to this did change on my perspective on investment because it’s making the money first then keeping it and then multiply it.
Physical State of Matter/Phase Changes:
i. Oobleck is a non-Newtonian fluid that doesn’t respond to outside forces. Applying pressure to the mixture increases its thickness which makes it feel hard and what makes this happen that it forces con starch particles together. But if you dip your finger in slowly it will act like a liquid which in this case moving slowly will move the particles away.
ii. My understanding of phase changes of matter is solids are being melted that means it’s going to be liquid. When liquid is freezing it’s going to be solid. Then when liquid evaporates it turns into a gas. When gas condensates that means it’s going to turn into liquid. Deposition is when gas is being turned into solids. And sublimation is when solid is being turned into gas.

What I see in this picture is the pincers from a pincher bug. Also the little tiny hair on its scale like type skin. The colors form it is a brownish color. It felt soft and scaly. This part of the bug’s body would act like to defend itself or to catch it’s prey, these bugs are nocturnal. Most of these bugs are flat so they can fit inside tight crevices. This relates to how i see it,it has soft scaly type skin and it sort of flat.
Humanities:
Pincher bugs were first found on the north of the united states. Pincher bugs original name are earwigs. Earwigs are omnivores so they eat plants and meat. Earwigs are scavengers and are protective of their territory. The abdomen of the earwig is flexible and muscular. It is capable of maneuvering as well as opening and closing the forceps. The forceps are used for a variety of purposes. In some species, the forceps have been observed in use for holding prey.

Sun Reading Paragraph:
The sun is a star in the center of our solar system. When I saw the sun through the telescope I thought it was cool and i took some pictures and might use it as my astro picture. The suns is a large sphere with hot plasma and gases. Some of the gases are hydrogen, helium, carbon, nitrogen, oxygen.

- What is your topic?
My topic is the Armenian genocide - What time period is your topic from?
My topic’s time period is from April 24,1915-1917. - What groups of people are involved?
The groups of people involved were Armenians
- What is your topic?
- Why did you choose the topic you chose?
I chose this topic because when genocide comes to mind i think of this topic. - Had you ever heard about the topic you chose? I
have heard of this topic but never got into it really.- Do you think it is common knowledge or do you think the majority of people are unaware of the topic?
I think it’s both honestly some people don’t know about this and some do.
- Do you think it is common knowledge or do you think the majority of people are unaware of the topic?
- What were some of the causes and effects of your topic?
Some causes and effects were that it was the first nation in the world for its official religion to be christianity and the new rulers were turkish and when they came into power they want everyone to be “turkified”. - If your topic is from the past, what was the outcome?

Staged Photo Plan:
How to make an element:
1. ¨In fact, the periodic table might well have ended after plutonium if scientists had not picked up where nature left off. In the last 75 years, scientists have added an additional 24 elements to the periodic table and created several others that are so rare we can only speculate about their existence in nature. We have redefined matter and are perhaps the only planet that has ever seen elements heavier than plutonium. But how much further can we go? Why did it take long to add 24 more elements to the periodic table?
Why Did they do it?
2. ¨But why do scientists succeed where the stars fail? The truth is, the stars don't fail. In the storm of their deaths, some stars probably do forge super heavy elements—even elements heavier than we've created—but these elements don't survive long in the turbulent chaos of a supernova. Super-heavy elements are so fragile they live only a matter of microseconds before they decay into a jumble of atomic scrap metal.¨
Is there a way to contain the heavy elements so they'll last longer?
why doesn’t these elements survive long?
3. ¨As we close the gap between what does exist and what can exist, the laws of physics will eventually stop us from venturing deeper into the world of synthetic matter. Scientists will continue to push the limit of "physically possible," but for now it appears the periodic table is nearing its completion.¨
How does the law of physics eventually stop us from venturing the world of synthetic matter?

Gun Writing Prompt:
- How do you interpret this amendment?
- What kind of America do you think the Founding Fathers imagined when they wrote this? How is the United States different now than it was in 1789, when the Second Amendment was written? (think weapons technology and threats faced by US citizens)
- Why is the right to own guns so important to Americans?
- Would armed guards in schools make them safer against gun-related attacks? Here is what the National Rifle Association (NRA) says on the issue, and here is the National Education Association's (NEA's) response. Read the linked articles and tell me what do you think?

What is light? What is color? How do they help understand the universe?:
So light is basically an electromagnetic wave it can act like waves and sometimes like particles. Different wave lengths means different colors. So like blue and violet have short wave lengths and red and orange have long wave length. The main source of light on earth is the sun.The way we can see stars is the colors coming from it and the light coming from them have to travel through space until it reaches us.

I chose this photo because it was the best one i took.I use the rule of third while taking this photo. What i did while processing the picture was i made the photo brighter then i contrasted the trees and then brighten them and the same to the rocks.

Reflection of the camping trip/Photo:
What I learned from the trip is that we literally can do anything with cloudy skies we needed clear skies to do astrophotography. One question that I had after the trip was,Why did we go when it was cloudy?. The photo that i took was of the rocks and the hill full of trees. I chose that photo because it looked the best out of all of the ones i took. When i took this photo i tried to use the rule of thirds and i think it worked. This makes me want to learn how to cinematic sequences in the future maybe when we go again i can try to make one.Something i might remember in 10 years is that i didn’t sleep and i was just laying on a rock and looking up at the stars in the middle of the night with my group. Some ideas that i have for the next outing is i maybe can do a cinematic video.

Picture of my water sample:
See: Well basically this whole project was new to me. Some new things that i saw was this spider looking bacteria and long black worm. I saw everything was moving so fast on my it was very active. I saw circles. I saw that the spider looking bacteria was furry.
Think/Question: Some questions that i thought about was and my class, What really was that spider looking thing? Do they ever stop moving?/Get tired? What do they do for me? How did they get there? Do they multiply?
Wonder: Also some wondering that my peers thought of are, Do they evaporate with water? How do they communicate? What do they need? What's out there? What is there purpose? Are we the bacteria?/Is there something looking at us?

Telescope:
Picture through the telescope:
Reflection:
To build the telescope it was fun and really easy i thought it was going to be challenging at first but then me and my group got right to it once we got our parts and didn't take to long to build. When i first used it was really blurry then i adjust the focal length and i could see clearly also when i looked through the telescope the image i was looking at was upside down. What i learn was how to build a telescope.
Wondering
Is there aliens?

Some do drugs,others go
For a run, but at the end
We’re all just searching
For that tiny space, perhaps
A hole, that gives us shelter
From the terrible reality of the world.
